Use of the SupplyHive platform is governed by the applicable customer agreement, subscription terms, order form, statement of work, Data Processing Agreement, privacy notice, and any other written terms agreed between SupplyHive and the relevant customer.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPPLYHIVE’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE WEBSITE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100.
