Moving Beyond Platitudes- Creating Quantifiable Steps to Your Corporate DEI Initiatives

What we have all witnessed over the course of the last eleven months in our country will spoken of for decades to come. The pandemic exposed the frailties of our economic system which many of us in underserved communities knew to exist for much of our lives.
